Steps To Reproduce:
1.Log into RFD
2.Select the Test Plan
3.Select the Focus Element
4.Click on the Requirement column and observe the Dropdown
5.Open both PI tree and BOM Tree
6.Click on the Attachments column and try to add an attachment

Description
1.In the Test Plan, disabled fields such as Function and Requirement display a dropdown menu containing all existing values for these fields.
2.If both PI tree and BOM tree are open, unable to add an attachment, because the dialogue box is immovable.
