Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login to FST
2.Select FSR
3.Select the Focus Element
4.Locate a safety goal and add a function and requirement
5.Decompose the function into two and add requirements
6.Delete the parent Requirement and observe.
7.Add a new Requirement and observe the reqt asil column

Description

After deleting the parent requirement from a decomposed function in the FSR, adding another requirement does not display the correct ASIL value in the 'Reqt ASIL' column. Instead, it is considered as a new branch and displays a QM value
