Requirement Document - 'Skip Review' enabled requirement able to send for Review along with Requirement Description column and change status to 'Under Review ' and ' Reviewed' upon Actions.

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log into RFD
2.Select the Requirement Document
3.Select the Focus Element
4.Select a Format with Requirement Description
5.Enable the skip review checkbox of one requirement and Refresh the page
6.Right click on the Requirement and observe the context menu
7.Send it for the review
8.observe the status

Description

If there is a Requirement Description column in the VOC, and the 'Skip Review' option is enabled for a requirement, the 'Send for Review' context menu is displayed, allowing the requirement to be sent for review and its status changes to 'Under Review'. (able perform the review by clicking the Draft)
However, after refreshing, the status reverts back to 'Draft'. Despite this, if you search for Records with the 'Under Review' condition, the requirements that were previously sent for review and had the 'Skip Review' option enabled still appear.
