Function/Failure Analysis - Tree Diagrams - except the immediate child elements, if the flowdown is already done for the 2nd level or more, system displays the checkboxes as De-selected. So after selecting it and clicking Ok button, the flow is duplicated

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as VDA module administrator
2.Select Products and select Design AIAG VDA
3.Select Function/Failure Analysis and Right click or click on the Flowdown indicator and do flowdown for all levels of BOM elements
4.Now click on the flowdown indicator for existing flowdown item and observe the checkboxes(checkboxes shows as De-selected)
5.Select the checkboxes again and observe the duplications

Description

Works properly only for immediate level Flowdown and Flowups.

In Failure analysis, it shows that the Failure is not mapped for 3rd level child. But in RFD and FST Failure Analysis, it shows Failure flowdown with out Failure for parent element.

Issue occurs in RFD/FST/VDA
