Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log into FST
2.Select the Requirement Document
3.Select the Focus Element
4.Select the Requirement for send review
5.Click on the Send for Review Button
6.Click on Add Reviewer icon
7.Try to add login ed user twice
8.Please observe.
9.Try to make the Reviewer as Default.
10.Click OK button
11.Come back to VOC and locate a function with 3 Requirements
12.Select the voc branch and click on send for review
13.Please observe the listed reviewers

Description

1. Login'd user can be added twice under the Selected Reviewers

2.Added Reviewers for the Review and set the Reviewers as Default.
Added one Function and three Requirements; while trying to send that VOC for a Review, the Reviewers are duplicated.
If the VOC has two Requirements, the Reviewers will be duplicated twice.
The number of Requirements the VOC has, the Reviewers will also be duplicated accordingly.
