closedImpact: In layers page,, after mapping Responsible person and audit mode and saving it, reopen the same layer shows some number in the Responsible person and Audit mode fields.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in as Administrator.
2. Expand Module setup.
3. Click on Layers menu (create audit mode before creating layer).
4. Enter the data in all the fields.
5. Observe while selecting the responsible person and Audit mode fields.
6. Click on save.
7. Re-load the layers menu and observe the result.

Note: While selecting it shows correctly (Full name in responsible person field and Audit mode name in respective field.
