Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log into FST
2.Select the HARA page
3.Add branch of details and calculate the ASIL.
4.Assign a safety goal against the ASIL
5.Go to FSR
6.Add a Function and Requirement
7.Decompose into 2 Functions and Add asil
8.Go to HARA
9.Add a safety goal branch
10.Add another Effect branch
10.Try to change the Severity and Controllability values of the Existing using Safety goal.
11.Please observe.

Description

It is possible to edit Controllability and Severity values of a Safety goal which has an FSR function with Decomposed child functions in the below condition:

If there is an operational situation with 2 Effect branches and Effect 2 has 2 Safety goals (Safety goal 1 and Safety goal 2)
If Safety goal 2 has an FSR Function with Decomposed Child functions and Allocations, It is possible to edit Controllability and Severity values of a Safety goal2.
