Steps To Reproduce:
1.Log into FST
2.Select the HARA page
3.Select the Focus Element
4.Add a Branch and calculate ASIL ,map safety goal 1
5.Add another branch and calculate asil, map safety goal 2
6.Go to FSR
7.Add an FSR function and Requirement against safety goal2
8.Go back to HARA
9.Try to update values of safety goal 1 and observe

Description
If there are two safety goals on the HARA page, Safety Goal 1 and Safety Goal 2,
and Safety Goal 2 has an FSR function, Safety Goal 1 doesn't have any FSR functions.
but Safety Goal 1's Exposure, severity and controllability values cannot be updated on the HARA page until delete the FSR function of safety goal 2 and an alert says ' Selected safety goal mapped with FSR and decomposed '
