Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login to EwQIMS
2.Navigate to problem solver module
3.Click on setup→suite setup→incidents setup→Template
4.Select 8D approach checkbox
5.Click on edit
6.Edit approach name
7.Click on save
8.Again Edit the Name and observe the results
