Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in to the FST.
2. Select the FSR.
3. Select the PI.
4. Add Function and Requirement for Non-standard ASIL.
5. Inserted another requirement branch.
6. Right-click on the component column, the 'Allocate ASIL' context menu is displayed.
