Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Requirements Document.
3. Select the PI.
4. For the first VOC, I added one Function and two Requirements and allocated elements to both Requirements.
5. For the second VOC, I added one Function and two Requirements.
6. Deallocated one element from the second Requirement of the first VOC.
7. Observe the result - An alignment issue occurs after deallocating the element.

Description

For the first VOC, I added one Function and two Requirements and allocated elements to both Requirements.
For the second VOC, I added one Function and two Requirements.
After deallocating one element from the second Requirement of the first VOC, an alignment issue occurs.
