Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the FST.
2. Select the FSR.
3. Select the PI.
4. Add the Function and Requirement for Non-standard ASIL.
5. Decompose the Function and Requirement.
6. Right-click on the Decomposed Function, select Decompose, add the Function in the popup, and click on Ok button.
7. Observe the result - the page is blank after refreshing.

Description

1. Decomposed the Function and Requirement.
2. When decomposing the Decomposed Function without the Requirement, the page is blank after refreshing.
Facing the issue for Non-Standard ASIL only!

While trying to decompose the function without a requirement, the system should display an alert: 'Please add a requirement.' (Standard and Non-Standard ASIL)
