1.Login to EWQIMS

2.Navigate to problem solver module

3.Create a concern with Problem images

4.Add documents in problem images

5.Observe the results

Description

1.Can't able to view the documents when added more than one document in Problem images(New concern and Evaluation page)
2.When user add more documents in second time its shows properly but again upload the documents are disappeared
