Steps To Reproduce:
1.Log into FST
2.Select IFM
3.Select the focus element.
4.Insert a new branch in ifm page.
5.Click on the Functions button
6.Insert a branch
7.In the ifm page , click on the functions column of the newly created branch.
8.Eneter and search for the functio, select using mouse
9.Enter and Search for the requirement, select using mouse
