1.Log into FST
2.Select the Requirement Document
3.Select the focus element
4.Deallocate the Allocation for any requirement.
5.Reallcoate same requirement
6.Please observe.

Description

After deallocating an allocation and reallocating for the same requirement, an extra allocation entry without data appeared. After a refresh, it looked normal.
