Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the FST.
2. Select the FTA.
3. Select the PI.
4. Add the first level Flow down. (Driver airbag)
5. Add the Flow down for Driver airbag (Initiator).
6. Observe the result - After adding new Function and click on OK button the system throws an alert and Function is added.
