Multi-Site: In LPA, while checklist mapping with equipment, the check points created in the checklist are not getting shown

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in as Administrator (Omnex-Chennai).
2. Go to Module set up tab.
3. Click on Checklist menu.
4. Create new checklist with check points.
5. Expand Module set up, click on Equipment type and create type.
6. Go to Equipment and create new equipment.
7. Got to Audit mode and create new audit mode.
8. Go to Layers menu and create new layer.
9. In equipment page right click on equipment and click assign check list.
10. Click "+" icon and click on that drop down list and Select the check list.
11. Click on "+" icon in the checklist and observe.
