1.Login to EWQIMS

2.Click setup and Incident setup

3.Click priority and create priority with same name

4.Observe the results

  • How do we missed in Testing ? set to missing scenario

This cannot be fixed because of the Flowdown functionality of system from Corporate to all other sites. Expecting the Flowup here which is not supported in the system. It is the same for all setup data which is flowing down from Corporate. will include in future release
