Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Requirements Document.
3. Select the PI.
4. Add one Function and two Requirements for the first VOC.
5. Add one Function and one Requirement for the second VOC.
6. Delete the Second Function.

Description

Requirements Document -
• For the first VOC added one Function and two Requirements.
• For the second VOC added one Function and one Requirement.
• After deleting the second Function, a branch alignment issue occurs.
