Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Requirements Document.
3. Select the PI.
4. Add one Function and Requirement for a VOC.
5. Add the Function Flow down.
6. Allocate a Requirement Flow down and deallocate it.
7. Observe the result - The VOC branch disappears.

Description

• After allocating only the Function to the Requirement, the VOC branch is hidden.
• After deallocating the Requirement Flow down, the VOC branch is hidden.
