Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log into FST
2.Select FSR page
3.Select the Focus Element
4.Add a function and Requirement against a non standard asil safety goal.
5.Decompose the same function into two.
6.Add ASILs against the decomposed functions.
7.Go to the Requirement page.
8.observe the functions and requirements and the populated ASILs.

Description

1) When decomposing a non-standard ASIL function, it displays the standard ASIL on the VOC page in the Bold letters.

2) The functions added in the FSR page are not displaying in the VOC right away, we need to manually refresh the page to see added functions.
