Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the VDA.
2. Select the Functional Analysis.
3. Select the PI.
4. Insert the branch in the Table view.
5. Add new Function and Requirement.
6. Observe the result - Unable to add the Requirement.

Inserted the branch and added the Function but was unable to add the Requirement.
