Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Requirements Document.
3. Select the PI.
4. Add the Function and Requirement and select Requirements Table.
5. Delete the Requirement and select the VOC.
6. Add the Requirement to the same Function.
7. Observe the Result - After refresh one blank branch is displayed.

Description

Added the Function and Requirement in the VOC, then deleted the Requirement in the 'Requirements' and added a new requirement for the Function. However, after refreshing, a blank requirement branch is created.
After adding a Function in the VOC and a Failure to the Function in DFMEA, add Requirement to the same Function in the VOC. However, after refreshing, a blank requirement branch is created.
