Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log into FST
2.Go to TSR
3.Select the focus element
4.Add a technical function with 2 requirements
5.Add another function with 1 requirement
6.Add a requirement branch under both functions
7.Delete the requirement branch from the first function
8.Please observe

Description

If there are two technical function branches under one allocated element, and the first function has two requirements, adding a new requirement branch under both functions and then deleting the newly added branch from the function with two requirements causes an alignment issue in TSR.
