Steps To Reproduce:

1.log into FST
2.Select HARA page
3.Select the focus element
4.Go to Safety goal page
5.Click on the fault tolerant time interval button
6.Expand the pop up
7.Please observe the refresh icon.
8.Delete any branch (empty one also works)
9.Observe the checkboxes

Description

1. If we visit HARA page, then navigate to the Safety Goal page and click the Fault Tolerant Time Interval or Rationale for Time Interval buttons, and then expand the pop-up window, you'll see a refresh icon at the bottom, which is unnecessary.

2.Safety Goal page headers appear as checkboxes in the Fault Tolerant / Rationale for Time Interval pop-up window after deleting a branch.
