Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log into FST
2.Select FSR page
3.SElect the Focus Element
4.Add a function and Requirement against a safety goal
5.Decompose it into 2 functions and requirements
6.Go to HARA page
7.Change the Exposure value of the corresponding Safety goal.
8.Go back to FSR
9.Please observe.
10.Click on the 'Reqt ASIL' column and observe Add asil pop up

Description

After decomposing an FSR function and updating the Exposure value on the HARA page, the new ASIL is reflected only in the ASIL column and not in the 'Reqt ASIL' column. Additionally, the 'Add ASIL' pop-up displays only the older ASIL value and does not show the recalculated ASIL for assigning decomposed ASIL values
