Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the VDA.
2. Select the P Diagram.
3. Select the PI.
4. Double-click on the Response output and select the existing Function.
5. Again select the same Function.
6. Add the existing turn off the toggle and delete the Function.
7. Off the Toggle and hit on the Space bar.

Description

Able to add the same Function multiple times.
Added the existing Function, turned 'OFF' the toggle, and deleted the Function. The function has also been deleted from the master table.
Turning on the toggle and hitting the space bar causes the toggle to turn OFF.
