1.Log into FST
2.Select block diagram
3.Select a focus element
4.Select one interface
5.Observe the appearance of Editbox
6.Observe the "View Edit Box' Toggle button status.

Description

The edit box does not display when selecting an element or interface, even though the 'View Edit Box' toggle is turned on. We need to toggle it off and then on again to make it appear. However, after a page refresh or when filtering interfaces, Edit box disables again.
