FSR - Page Continually Loads When Searching for Values in Functions or Requirements Table

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log into FST
2.Select HARA Analysis page
3.Select the Focus Element.
4.Select FSR from the menu
5.Click on the Functions button
6.Enter a valid value
7.Hit Enter key
8.Please observe

Description

If we visit the HARA Functional Analysis page or the Hazard and Risk Analysis (HARA) page, then go to the FSR and open either the Functions table or the Requirements table, and search for a value, pressing the Enter key will cause the page to keep loading continuously until we manually refresh the application
