closedVDA - While creating multiple Production Items, the vertical scroll bar is not displayed in the Create PI popup, causing the Create and Close buttons to be hidden at the bottom.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Log in to the VDA.
2. Select the 5T.
3. Select the PI.
4. Right-click on the Production Item and select Create Production Item.
5. Add Multiple Production Items in the popup.
6. Observe the result - The Create and Close buttons to be hidden at the bottom.
