1.Log into FST
2.Select Operational situations page
3.Select a Focus element
4.Insert a branch and enter values without category
5.Publish the document
6.Observe the published document

Description

If the operational situation does not have a category assigned, it will not be displayed in the published document; only the OSID displays.
Additionally, columns such as speed, location, and road condition are missing from the published document
