Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log into FST
2.Go to IFM
3.Select the Focus Element
4.Select a function branch with 2 requirements.
5.Right click and Select 'Add Requirement' option.
6.Please observe the alert message.

Description

Unable to add a requirement branch in IFM if there is more than one branch already. An alert message appears: 'Please add the requirement in the blank branch.
