Tree Diagrams and Function/Failure Analysis - When there are multiple flowdown done for different child elements, deleting one set of flowdown branch is deleting other elements as well.(Refer Description)

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log in to the RFD module.
2.Select EFC Tree menu
3.Do Flowdown for multiple elements with different Failures
4.Right click on any branch and select Delete Flowdown option.
5.Observe the Diagram

Description

When there are multiple flowdown done for different child elements, deleting one set of flowdown branch is deleting other elements as well.

Expand/Collapse arrow is automatically displayed for some other branch even though it is not allocated. And its moving the diagram down
