Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log into FST
2.Select the FSR page
3.Select the Focus Element
4.Add a function and Requirement against a nonstandard ASIL safety goal.
5.Make sure Reqst ASIL populated.
6.Go to VOC page
7.Observe the ASIL column of the added Function and Requirement

Description

For the FSR function and requirement added against the non-standard safety goal, the ASIL value is not being populated on the VOC page.
