openIssue in "Set Fields for Doc Type" Business Rules. Additional Information fields are showing Incorrectly in New Doc Req and Change Request Page.

1.Navigate to Business Rules
2.Click Set Fields for Doc Type
3.Not to select any Additional Information fields for Doc Type "Other" and "Work Instruction"
4.Navigate to New Document Req
5.Select a Level
6.Select Doc Type as "Other" or "Work Instruction"
7.Additional Information fields should not show. But here all the fields are showing
1.Upload Documents with Document Type selected as "Other" and "Work Instruction"
2.Navigate to Documents menu
3.Select a Level
4.Additional Information Link should show for the Documents
Description
1.For Doc Type - "Other" and "Work Instruction" there is Not Additional Fields been mapped in "Set Fields for Doc Type" Business Rules. But in New Doc Req and Change Request pages, on selecting the Doc Type as "Other" or "Work Instruction", all the Additional Information Field are getting Displayed.

2.Additional Info Link is Not showing in TOC for the Documents in which Doc Type is selected as "Other" and "Work Instruction".
Note: Additional Info Link is showing for the Document in which "Doc Type AK" (New Doc Type created by me) is selected
