Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log into FST
2.Select the Requirement Document.
3.Select the Focus Element.
4.Right Click on the VOC grid header.
5.Select Create column option.
6.Click on the Object Type column and observe.
7.Click on the Data type column and observe.

Description

The Object Type and Data Type dialog windows are not loading when I try to create a new column in the Requirement Document.
