Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Block Diagram.
3. Add the External Elements.
4. Click on the IFM and again switch to Block Diagram.
5. Observe the result - The externals elements are displayed.

Description

Added 'External Elements' are not displaying in the Block Diagram.
Switched to the IFM from the Block Diagram and then back to the Block Diagram. The added External Elements are displayed.
