Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log into FST
2.Go to FSR
3.Select a standard asil safety goal
4.Add a function and requirement.
5.Decompose it into 2 functions and requirements.
6.Right click on the Reqst ASIL column of the decomposed functions.
7.Select add asil option
8.Please observe
