Description

Adding a safe state first, then a safety goal in the Safety Goal page, then opening the Safe State page and adding a fault-tolerant time interval and rationale against the same safe state causes the safe state and safety goal to be separated into two rows on the Safety Goal page.
Additionally, each time a safe state is created in this manner, it creates branches under the safety goal page.
