closedBoM and Production Item Tree 'Make a Child' issues (Refer Description)

1. Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator
2. Click on the EWQIMS icon and select EVAV NPD/APQP Platform
3. Click on the Products(Aqua Pro) menu
4. Click on the Design VDA menu
5. Click on the Functional Analysis menu
6. Select the Production Item
7. Right click on PI
8. Select Make a child
9. Right click on BOM and select Make a child
10. Click on ok and observe the result

1. Make a child and Rename the BOM and click on ok
2. Observe the result

1. Search PI 2nd level
2. Right click and select Make a chils
3. Observe the result
Description
1. After 'Make a child' from the Production item Tree, then BOM 'Make a child' does not work, the system displays an alert message. (68)
2. After Make a child BOM and renaming it, clicking the OK button does not work. (70)
3. When searching the PI for the second level (or higher) and 'Make a child', the duplicated PI is displayed with the parent PI name. (69)
