1. Login as Docpro module admin
2. Click the customize Email messages under setup menu
3. Enable "on" Notify all the viewers new document creation
4. Click on configure icon
5. Click on "Disable mail notification for the selected users" for selecting the users for not generating the email for them
6. Select the "configure group email" for generating the email to particular group
7. Select the group against the level and save
8. Select the new document request from document
9. Select the level which is Module auto approval route
10. Enter the data and attach the document
11. Click the continue for uploading the document
12. Publish the new document
13. We are running this email Manually from batch Manager
