Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log into RFD
2.Select the IFM page.
3.Select the Focus element
4.Select a Function and Requirement.
5.Go to Function master table and Delete the function.
6.come back to IFM
7.Try to allocate a risk value against the deleted function.
8.Please observe.

Description

In the IFM, if there is no function but there is a requirement, trying to allocate does not trigger an alert, and the risk allocation page keeps loading.
