Steps To Reproduce:
1.Login to EWQIMS
2.Click setup and incident setup
3.Click Define approach and configure Next priority
4.Create New concern andĀ using similar concern pop up
5. Create repeat concern with the existing concern
6.Check the priority is selected defaultĀ
