Refresh Issue: When updating the severity, the AP value is not immediately updated in the Tree view. | When I add optimization by default, it shows 'H' in the Tree view. [Issue#3:Dependency]

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Login as AQuA Pro Module Administrator.
2. Click on the EWQIMS icon and select EVAV NPD/APQP Platform.
3. Click on the Products(Aqua Pro) menu.
4. Click on the Design VDA menu.
5. Click on the Failure Analysis menu.
6. Select the Production Item.
7. Add Risk and update the Severity value
8. Observe the result in the tree view

Issue2
8. Add optimization (S-1:O-1:D-1) and click on ok
9. Observe the result

Issue 3:

8. Adding Flow up failure and assign severity
9. Observe the result

Description

Issue1: Refresh Issue: When updating the severity (Risk/Effect), the AP value is not immediately updated. However, it is updated after refreshing. (55)

Issue 2: Refresh Issue: When I add optimization by default, it shows 'H', after refreshing displyed properly (56 & 57)

Note: Issue Occurred in Design & Proces VDA

Issue3: Flow up failure effect sevrity value is not considered to determine the AP value. (58)
