Steps To Reproduce:

1.Login as user
2.Frequency setting as default review cycle in business rules and publish the document
3.Documents are listed in Document due for review
4.Go to document due for review from actions
5.Select the documentA and click the No change required option
6.DocumentA is removed from document due for review under actions
7.Document due for review->Action management and Action count is mismatch after doing no change required
