Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the VDA.
2. Select Failure Analysis.
3. Select the PI.
4. Right-click on the Element and select the Add Existing Element.
5. Expand the Global PI and select one element.
6. Search for the PI and hit Enter on the blank search box.
7. Expand the Global and select the same PI.
8. Observe the result - The same element will be duplicated in the BOM Tree.

Description

Failure Analysis - Able to add the 'same element' multiple times from the Add Existing Element popup.

1. Expand the Global PI and check one PI checkbox, then search for another PI.
2. Hit Enter on the blank search box and expand the Global PI again. The previously selected PI checkbox is displayed as unselected, so check the checkbox again. - The element will be duplicated in the BOM Tree.
