Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the FST.
2. Select the FSR.
3. Select the PI.
4. Add the Function and Requirement for the Non-standard ASIL.
5. Add the same Function and Requirement for the Standard ASIL.
6. Observe the result - The ASIL is not populated properly.

Description

If the same Function and Requirement are added to the 'Standard and Non-Standard ASIL':
1. The Non-Standard Request ASIL is not displaying.
2. If the Non-Standard ASIL is 'C' and the Standard ASIL is 'A' with the same Requirement, the Standard ASIL 'C' is displayed instead of Standard ASIL 'A' in the Request ASIL column.
