Faiilure Tree and EFC Tree : Edit Function Context Menu Visible After Deleting a Function from Master Table

Steps To Reproduce:

1.Log into RFD
2.Select Functions master table.
3.Select the Focus Element.
4.Delete a function which has at least a requirement.
5.Select Failure tree.
6.Right click on the function and Requirement box, which has the requirement but no function.
7.Please observe.

Description

If the function of a VOC record is deleted from the master table, you can still see the Edit function context menu in the tree diagrams. Upon adding a new value in the edit box and saving, nothing changes. It needs to be restricted in Failure Tree and EFC tree too.
