Steps To Reproduce:
1.Log into FST
2.Select the HARA page
3.Select the Focus element
4.Click on the operational situation button
5.Insert a new branch under the pop up .
6.Add operational situation and exposure.
7.Click on the Ok button.
8.please observe.

Description
If we click on the Operational Situation button, insert a new branch, and add operational situations and exposure values under the HARA page, all existing HARA records vanish.
