Steps To Reproduce:

1. Log in to the RFD.
2. Select the Requirements Document.
3. Select the PI.
4. Add the Function and Requirement.
5. Double-click and edit the Requirement for twice.
6. Insert a new VOC/Function/Requirement branch and add the Requirement.
